Shipping Policy
Postage & Delivery
We only ship within mainland UK.
The cost of postage is calculated based on your order. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for most UK deliveries and aim to keep packaging and postage costs between £3.50 and £5.50.
Processing Times
We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days, but please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to be dispatched. Some of our products are made to order, which may extend processing time to up to 2 weeks.
If you require your order sooner, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a Royal Mail tracking number.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please check the tracking information provided and get in touch so we can assist you in locating your parcel.
